I had mistakenly interpreted #AmericanExceptionalism as meaning something quite different.
I must be missing something. Puerto Rico has zero electoral votes. Even if (and it’s a gargantuan ’if’) there were fraudulent votes cast in PR, our Byzantine electoral system prevents said chicanery from affecting the election of the President. Is this just more ‘flooding the zone’?
