Last night’s bake to keep the brain hyper-local: a seeded buckwheat rye sourdough loaf - my first bake of this kind with new flours from Central Milling Company and seeds from Gerbs (both great sources for accommodating nut allergies).

Wow it’s a gorgeous afternoon for a meander through the Fells! Apparently the deer agree, as I’ve come up on more today than I have in the last year or so.
Pictures: not a deer, *just* the Fells… though I do think I caught a couple of them on the Holga 120.
