All three, all at once. To live through only one will never give me the full experience of life. My mind clouds my judgment, making me believe I am only my thoughts, so it needs to be tamed. My body is a vessel I use to gain fulfillment. My soul is what brings me to life and back to my true Self

I'd like to think not. Some people are inherently good and inherently bad. Some good people do bad things, and some bad people do good things. But to be born on either end of the spectrum seems a little far-fetched to me.

Both. I think fate deals with long-term aspirations while your free will, in the present moment, can/will change what that overarching fate looks like down the line.
