Last year, Jacques Balolage of EAI led a campaign to educate Deaf girls on gender-based sexual violence. He helped them understand risks, recognize danger, and protect themselves. EAI continues to provide training on consent, protection, and safe relationships.

Cannot agree more. Disabiity is a human nature that across classes.
*Disabled. We drive ugly cars too and sometimes have enough $ for the expensive ones. This is not the kind of surveillance we want to impose on disabled people, no matter how ridiculous the cars and the man behind them.
