Ooh thankful tomorrow’s high is 34°F and since I’m on pto I’m having my lesson at 1pm and it’ll be so nice to be at the barn with daylight vs after work and in the dark!

So thankful to have the kind of friends who are willing to come over and help me organize! Did a lot of cleaning today and finally starting to maximize the closet space I have in my apartment!!

My less than a year old humidifier broke and I’m so glad I have a warranty on it because I submitted a claim and now I’m getting shipped a new one!

My trainer mentioned Dennis is in need of some blankets and I can’t wait to see what we can find for him! We definitely want fun prints to match his goofy personality!

I love that my trainer this weekend learned the term “clock in” and this 🤏🏽 hand gesture so during my lesson if Dennis wasn’t getting it she’d be like “Dennis you need to clock in” and if we did do well she’d motion 🤏🏽🤏🏽 to us 😂

Had such a good lesson on Dennis tonight!! This was the most trot work we’ve done off the lunge line! It’s been so much fun seeing my confidence grow week to week with him!

We used cones during my lesson last night and Dennis wanted to stomp on them instead go around them. My trainer looked at me suggested that after my lesson we just let him loose in the arena to play with them. He definitely had fun!

My childhood best friend and I grew up riding horses together and were in pony club together and it’s always so fun to reminisce about that time in our life. Now she lives states away and we don’t ride together almost every day.

Over the weekend I bought a mini can of cinnamon rolls and baked them for breakfast on Monday. My apartment smells like cinnamon rolls and I love it!!!

I love a good tent sale! Bought a stock tie for $19 when its original price is $100. This will make a perfect birthday gift for my best friend who before moving away from Michigan borrowed my stock tie every show season 😂

OMG one of my best friends from home who I was in Pony club with, rode horses with, and lived with during college is coming to visit this weekend! AND my trainer is graciously letting us ride together too!!

I got to pet some bunnies the other night at the library!!! A local organization came by that promoted agriculture and farming. They had some bunnies indoors and other animals out in the parking lot.
