Interesting how the light enters the rectangle, off the gown to the table.
'In the Restaurant,' (1907) is one of Charles Hoffbauer's most acclaimed works. It was painted in the ballroom at the then recently opened Hotel Astor in New York City. The picture was completed a few months after Hoffbauer's sixth appearance at the Paris Salon.

Discussing blanket pardons draws us off of the real issue, the concern that Trump will pervert the criminal justice system & use DOJ as a political tool, which is forcing the Biden administration into these considerations. Don't forget why we're here.

Wouldn’t it have raised less concern if instead of a “visit,” Joe and Mika did an interview with the don? A little light on the subject would be a good disinfectant to suspicions, rumors and accusations.
