Life in the Capital and beyond Outside of the Royal Palace lies the city of Crimson Keep, the outskirts of the city is mostly populated by 8th generation or higher Wateshian serfs who handle most of the menial labor needed for the city's functioning. Between them and the Royal Palace itself lies the Inner Circle of the City, filled with several businesses providing general commerce and services to both the local population as well as the constant, passing tourists, often enraptured by the stories of the many glamorous delights that await those who visit the capital. Within the Inner City, only sixthborn or lower are allowed to own businesses, though they are free to hire whoever they deem fit to work in their establishment. Prostitution is not only allowed in Wateshmere, it is arguably one of its most popular services. Among the many brothels that operate in the Inner Circle, the biggest and most popular one is The Velvet Veil, owned by the Sixthborn Devanna Grant. Many other cities are found all over the kingdom, communication between them and the Keep are kept by the Envoy Corps, responsible for not only communication within the kingdom but also for Wateshian propaganda outside of it. The Envoy Corps are led by the Envoy Scion, currently Scion Prince Frederick Ealasaid. Ealasaid Family Tree, including also some "Non-Canon" characters born out of crossover arts with other people's OCs.
