Making public this Bloodqueen lore set voted on by the fine folks over on SubStar. Be warned there is actually very little actual porn in this set, unless you're excited by reading a bunch of world building, I suppose. Very proud of how this one turned out, overall.

Crimson Keep Palace Hierarchy Blood Queen Judith Ealasaid is the ultimate authority in Wateshmere and, by extension, the Crimson Palace. The second highest authority within the land are the Scions of Holy Blood, usually just called Scions for short. These are direct children of Judith whom she assigned the highest possible title in Wateshmere beyond her own, Prince, Princess, or Princet. There is only ever at most five Scions at any one time, the most recent Scion is Princess Camilla. Scions owe obedience to no one in the Palace, save for the Blood Queen herself. The Palatial Guard is responsible for the security of the royal family and palace staff, usually 2nd to 4th generation, martially-inclined Ealasaids. 1000 of them can be found in alternating shifts all over the palace, ready to put their life in the line to protect the Royal Family or the Palace Staff. The Guard are exempt from the Free Use rule while on duty. Lastly there is Palace Staff. These consist mostly of maids, but also include instructors, chefs, craftsmen, and multiple others. All Palace Staff are subject to the Free Use rule from the Queen and Scions. Unless handpicked by the Blood Queen, only 2nd to 4th gen Ealasaids are allowed to be Palace Staff. Guests to the Palace are also subject to the Free Use rule unless actively accompanied by the Queen herself or a Scion. The Redwood Trading Company Owned and managed by whichever Scion is the current Master of Coin, currently Albert Ealasaid, the Redwood Trading Company is the major leading economic force of Wateshmere, they handle the minting of coins and the flow of all commerce going in or out of Wateshmere. The Redwood Trading Company deals in a variety of products but its two most popular ones are indentured servants and mercenaries. Most indentured servants are usually convicts or ex-criminals, trained and re-educated then turned into personal servants, their true purpose is serving as spies for Wateshmere in whatever other country they were sent to work on. Wateshian mercenaries are renowned not for their training, but rather because they're equipped with weapons and armor made out of Wateshmere's signature magical alloy, sanguinite, which is similar to copper in resistance and flexibility, but holds the ability to regenerate itself into the shape it was originally smithed into by consuming a portion of the blood in the wearer's body. This trait makes Wateshian troops excellent as skirmishers and makes them highly valued hired swords either to supplement foreign military, private security, or adventurer work. The secret to Sanguinite's creation is a closely guarded national secret. The Wateshian Military Commanded by whichever active Scion is the active Master of War, currently led by Princess Marshall Berwyll Ealasaid. The military handles security and armed conflict both inside and outside Wateshmere. During timesof peace, the army dedicates its efforts to quelling rebellions, banditry, and monster attacks within the Kingdom's territory. Below the Marshall are 20 officers, usually second up to fourthborns who respond directly to Berwyll and are generally responsible each for a brigade of soldiers that form up the whole of the Wateshian Military. Each officer is given relative liberty to organize the make up of their brigades according to their own styles and preferences, though Wateshians tend to favor light or heavy infantry, and artillery, either through magic or crossbows. Most of the actual troops tend to be fifthborn or higher, with leadership positions within each batallion usually being awarded based on either generation or proficiency, according to each brigade officer's preference. As most of the Wateshian population is related to Judith on some level, the overall magical aptitude of the populace is high, so even exclusively martial units tend to be familiar with basic spellcasting, save for the occasional magically deaf person, such as Berwyll herself. The Church Of Holy Blood Shepherded currently by Scion Prince Salazar Ealasaid, the current Master of Faith. The Church is responsible for the education of Wateshmere's people, as well as the propagations of the ideals and morals established by Judith. Within holy grounds and during religious festivals, a white and gold outfit denotes an initiate who is still undergoing training to properly embody all Wateshian values, while the red outfit denotes a bishop, who has been deemed an appropriate paragon of Wateshian values and is allowed to act as an educator for their fellows. Wateshian society is taught to hold a strong national identity, prioritizing it over ancestral traditions. Any intelligent species is welcome to be part of Wateshian society, as long as they are willing to convert to its norms. Above all else, they value carnal indulgence, hedonism, polyamorism, the pursuit of power, and familiamism, as the main method of social mobility in Wateshmere is by being involved in the procreation of Wateshians of "greater" generations. The greater a person's generation in Wateshmere, the more opportunities they have and the more sought out and respected they are in practically all aspects. The Church's clergy is one of the few groups where birth is irrelevant and instead one's devotion is judged above all else. Thanks to magic and the morphological variety of Wateshmere, gender roles are inexistent.

I think if you draw smut you’re inherently a type of activist to a degree, and it’s why I’m sort of uncomfortable around the nsfw artists who claim that they just aren’t “interested” in politics.
