Per the online listing, there is 1 bath and that 1 bath is a 3/4 bath, ie sink, toilet, and shower, no bathtub. So, one toilet and one shower for eight bedrooms.

Have you looked at average streak length for jobs added? I’m curious how that compares to the current streak, eg “since 1939 the average length of jobs added streaks is XX months, so we’re YY months better in the current streak.”

Thanks, Bill. That Great Recession streak was tough. If we assume December 2024 and January 2025 will both show net jobs added, the current positive streak will move into second place overall.

Members of the U.S. House of Representatives can’t be appointed. Any vacancies due to resignation or death can only be filled by a special election. (Senators in some states can be appointed.)
