Since then:
-kidnapped a foreign leader
-threatened to invade Greenland
-declared war on Minnesota
-flipped off an autoworker
-pardoned more felons

If this was true, there wouldn't be a single instance of an American Citizen being detained, every single person detained would have a criminal record and a 37yo Mother would not be dead.

We need a law that says that any government official who violates the Constitutional Rights or orders the violation of the Rights of anyone is automatically denied immunity from any charges that might come their way.
