Somewhat surprised and encouraged about this—however it is unfortunately not true in all cases, as we have heard reports of landlords letting them in without consent of tenants.

Yet again, MPRB's poor plowing on the northside results in snowmobiles driving on the trails. MPRB also simply does not plow the trails closest to the river, which are the most scenic.

Yesterday the Housing & Redevelopment Authority of Duluth filed 11 evictions.
Same HRA whose director advocated against Duluth's new Repair & Deduct law (that passed with more than 2/3rd's of the vote)—calling it "a dangerous experiment," apparently due to her own biases & stereotypes about renters.

TC Habitat spent $1,229,671 through 6/30/25 on "Marketing Services and Materials" according to their FY 2025 Unaudited Financials—and throwing renters under the bus is what they came up with.
