For everyone who has done or is actively working on TT research - this work is valid and valuable. It is through papers like these that we will be able to gain an understanding (and a diachronic perspective) of how platforms, platform use and the creator economy evolve over the long term.
This sure puts my TikTok paper in a weird place
SCOTUS writes they don't want to embarrass the future with the novelty of this case and the short amount of time they had to consider it, and then upholds the ban anyway.
