Happy holidays friends! I bringing you the latest baking experiment, cinnamon rolls!
We have eaten the canned rolls for the holidays since the dawn of time, so this year we tried to make them from scratch.
The verdict is that we need to another recipe x3, these were far too sweet.

By popular demand I have an update to pudgy squirrel season!
Our friends are becoming distinctly round, and they have also now got a taste of attempted breaking and entering.
As of yesterday, they chewed away at the door frame, so I sadly might have to stop feeding my pudgy friends for a while

Follow up on the amazing pink petals from the end of last month. We got some heavy rains over the weekend, and now there are more on the ground than the trees. Beauty can be so fleeting.

Tonight’s food experiment is a gochujang meat sauce. The recipe is from Kylie Sakaida’s book “So Easy So Good”
It is an amazing blend of spicy and sweet, I would absolutely make it again
