I would also suggest going with a totally different recipe if you are new to baking, as this one is questionable.

I had to start it yesterday, and it required melting butter in a water and milk concoction and then cooling it to 120 degrees before adding eggs. That was the most intense part, but aside from that it was pretty straight forward.

I did have to knead the dough for eight minutes, but you’d be fine
