Legendary editor Margaret Booth, born today in 1898 #botd

Booth began work as a negative cutter for D. W. Griffith in 1915, worked briefly at Paramount before joining Louis B. Mayer’s studio in 1919 where she eventually became MGM’s supervising editor and remained until 1969.

Not sure why the Eagles were soundchecking since they weren't at that Rock and Roll Hall of Fame concert. I remember my father watching that Mellencamp/Cash duet and was like, "(Mellencamp) can't sing." Ha.
