Today is a hard day. I've seen my retirement savings crash, watched programs dismantled, and my friends have lost jobs. People are terrified and suffering. Feeling the grief at what is happening to my country, community, and the earth is necessary before I again move into action.

I am reading, learning, finding my balance, and doing small things in my everyday life to support those working hard to move our country towards kindness and adhere to the rule of law. I may be quiet, but I am taking it in, taking baby steps that are growing into bigger ones. Gratitude to all.
