@democracyforward.org filed suit Friday to stop the misuse of civil servants' emails to spread propaganda coming out of the White House around the shutdown and we are in court again today to ensure that the president doesn’t use his shutdown to unlawfully terminate civil servants.

Children being dragged from their homes in the middle of the night, without so much as a t-shirt on, is not only inhumane & terrifying, it's a gross violation of the law.

It has never been about immigration. It's about cruelty & targeting people the president wants to control.
