So today, we’re back in court to again challenge the Trump-Vance admin’s outrageous policy blocking members from conducting oversight of ICE facilities.

A friend in Minneapolis just sent me this video. Looks like thousands have come together for a vigil after an ICE agent shot and killed 37-year-old Renee Nicole Good. This was my neighborhood for several years before coming to Portland.

We’ve said it before and will say it again: the Trump-Vance administration is governing on a collision course w/ our Constitution and their actions in Venezuela are the latest example. The President didn’t notify Congressional leaders in advance and Congress did not authorize this use of force.
