I extend my deepest sympathies, prayers, and righteous anger to the loved ones of Renee Good, a 37 year old mother and American citizen killed by ICE. We should never normalize what is happening. We must do all we can to resist tyranny and hate — and to demand accountability.

NEW: The First Circuit has denied the Trump Admin’s motion to stay in our SNAP case. This means that full benefits should be paid after the SCOTUS stay expires. The court does not mince words about what the government has done here. Congrats to our clients, co-counsel, and @democracyforward.org.
