Totally makes sense that my Apple All Time playlist was essentially the Pure Calm 2023 version.
It played nonstop during Noras final months. I still listen to that playlist today, but got smart enough to use a second user and an old phone since the replay playlists are fun!

Civilization 7 has been this year's cure to February cold, a too quiet house, and doom scrolling. It's way different from Civ IV, which has been the Civ game for me for the last 20ish years(!). Sure, it's a bit rough around the edges, but I'm enjoying learning. (🧵) #Civ7 @civgame.bsky.social

YouTube Premium is so valuable to me. Today was learning what a “hidden stitch” was to fix a hem on a suit. I didn’t do a great job for the first time, but good enough for this biz trip and something to try again! Glad I kept my wife’s sewing stuff and can go back to packing for trip #1 of the year.

I've been watching the #NFL games on Fubo. That Fox 4k feed looked great and really makes everything else look horrible. Didn't even mind the announcers since the TV has been muted all day!

After so many years of caregiving, I did *everything* I wanted this year. Biggest regret: not seeing one of the 2 Op Ivy sets by @laurajanegrace.bsky.social and @catbiteband.bsky.social. Thanks YouTube bootleg from Riotfest and International Ska Fest for selling their stream. Watching again

I think I've come to the conclusion that following starter packs as opposed to converting them to lists makes sense as it helps tune the 'popular with friends' feed. It leads to larger following counts, but I'm not sure that matters. Still learning the tools Blue Sky and the ecosystem provide.

The idea that MLB would consider changing the game so much with the "Golden Bat" rule is just too much. Ghost runner aside, I like the rules that compress the game, which for the most part keep the integrity of the game at the same time. Strong disagree!

If I’m honest, i was off of the other place for most of the last decade and am enjoying reconnecting with familiar names from the 518 and building my list from theirs. Between working remotely, caregiving, and Covid my local network has really shrunk. Hoping to fix that this year. 👋!
