A regular reminder to the press that it's wrong not to link to court documents when reporting about a lawsuit. This is pretty much always true and you're not going to change our mind about this.

Citizens have rights.

If they are removed from the country they have been disappeared; kidnapped; renditioned.

I know we want to say “deported” because we’d like to think that “that can’t happen here”, but it is, and therefore we must call it what it is.

Lol. This is such uninformed, fear mongering, cowardly, complete bullshit.
Sean Duffy: "The truth is, transit across America is dangerous. And these liberals -- liberal mayors -- they want everybody out of cars and into trains but they made the trains unsafe so nobody really wants to ride them ... even big men don't want to ride the subway at those times of night."

One would think, turns out a lot of them seems to primarily run by greedy, shortsighted, cowards.
"Of all of the American legal institutions now facing sustained attack, none would seem better positioned to push back against Mr. Trump’s strongman tactics than this class of wealthy and politically connected firms, known collectively as Big Law..."

No matter how many EOs Trump signs, they do not become law. Only Congress can pass laws.

The ADA is law.

This matters to EVERYONE. If you don’t need it now, wait.
The Trump Regime has deleted DOJ guidance to businesses on complying with the Americans With Disabilities Act.

25% of Americans live with a disability.

Trump cannot delete the ADA, and he cannot delete disabled Americans. We are not going back to asylums and sanitariums.

I can think of plenty of other people, instead of this woman, who should be deported to countries where they’ve never been and don’t speak the language, because they’re responsible for this woman’s deportation.
A Hmong American woman who has lived in the Milwaukee area since she was 8 months old was deported last week to Laos, a country she has never visited, and says she is stranded in a rooming house surrounded by military guards. www.jsonline.com/story/news/l...

As Donald Trump pushes the mass deportation of immigrants, Yang believes she is one of the first Hmong Americans to be deported to Laos recently.
