Think of nature. Don't do fireworks. It's traumatizing and killing wildlife, scares your pets and adds fine dust to the air that harms human health.

Sunrise in Colmar, France.
France has always captured my heart and Alsace was the most beautiful area I've visited so far.

We have lost our connection with nature and therefore our love for it, which is why we easily exploit it and find excuses for treating nature unkind. We will only ever protect what we love and in a world where children spent so much time in front of a device we need bring them back to loving nature.

#foxoftheday is our Foxy. She is a regular visitor at our day. She's a big city fox and therefore curiously approaches humans. I haven't seen her in a while and I miss her. I hope she's okay.

Teddy reminds us to be mindful of our thoughts. Also, being in nature has mental and physical health benefits. Forest bathing for example increases the natural killer cells and boosts our immune system.
