Dev log 11: The majority of his expressions are done! These are all animated with several interchangeable body poses too! I also had a glitch in changing characters in my code but fixed it! I'll be posting on tutorial on it soon enough. #art #gamedev #godot

Dev log 9: It's been a bit! I've submitted my steam store page for review... just have to wait a few more days, hopefully not more. Stay tuned for the announcement! For game dev, nothing pretty to look at but we're getting very close to being back and better from the switch to #godot :) #devlog

Dev log 5: it's been awhile!!! I have been very ill for many reasons, most doctors are stumped with. This month i've been feeling well enough to get some stuff done. #godot does not hold your hand when you start! Ive come very far but it's just basic systems. Something to show off soon! #gamedev

There have been increasing reports of people receiving verbal abuse when calling in complaints

So we've put together steps + a script to follow if this happens!

***Important Notice***

If you are calling Visa, there have been increasing reports of harassment from Visa representatives, including calling people rapists

If this happens to you, please take the following actions:

1) Stay calm! Do NOT engage in harassment back

2) Request to speak to a supervisor

3) If they refuse or hung up on you, call back and *immediately* escalate to a supervisor

4) Put in a complaint of the behavior (script below)

5) Afterwards *or* if they refuse to take your complaint, submit a BBB complaint (script below)

Call Center Abuse Complaint:

Hello,

I'm calling to submit an official complaint about abuse I received from a call center representative today. I called at (time) and spoke with (name, if you know it). Their behavior was beyond inappropriate. The representative said (provide details).

Once finished submitting that complaint, tell them you would still like to file the initial complaint you called about.

BBB script:

I'm filing a complaint in regards to their conduct when I called in to inquire about the situation between them and several gaming platforms. Upon mentioning the nature of my call the representative on the phone was exceptionally rude to me. They (insert details here).

This sort of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. This should not be how they treat their customers.

BBB script pt 2 (what you're looking for them to do in response):

I would like a formal apology, my initial complaint to be processed, and the company to re-train their call center staff to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Dev log 5: So.. I've searched far and wide but RPG Maker is just not built to handle so much text. It wants you to manually ea line with no universal text management. The janky system I have now does work, so I can fall back on my current file if need be. But I'm starting to learn #Godot tonight!

Progress, however nonlinear it is. Decided to focus on a polished demo,look out for the in about a month maybe. Got sketches done for the animated sprite busts, but they're scary! So I did some of the drink art today. Which one would you pick? #gamedev #indie #pixel-art
