Just got an unexpected call from the vet. I wasn't expecting results until next week and here we are at 9 am getting a call. I answered -quite anxiously. Her response? 'hi, it's Dr. Xxx and it's good news." Whew, and I love that she allayed all the fears right off the bat.

Swatching for a tiny Valais black nose sheep (crochet). Starts with that cute little black nose (LBN); no problem. Moving on to the white body, too loose. Go down a hook size, cast on that cute LBN, move onto white body. Still too loose. Go down another hook size. Cast on LBN ... wait...#logicerror

Morning walk (in woods with dog and @george.themc.network ) I'm gimpy, and so they waited for me. I said 'what nice people' and then corrected that to 'beings' and then 'sentients' and then 'who the F! thought giving an elephant an 8 inch mirror was the appropriate way to test for self-recognition?'
