Momos are these gorgeous steamed dumplings & AFAIK they’re primarily of Nepali & Tibetan origins. They have different meat and vegetable fillings, and most of the ones I’ve tried are a bit spicy. 🤤 Something that differentiates momos from other dumplings is the delicate thin skin.

I made a double batch of huge oatmeal muffins w/ sour cherries & orange drizzle, picked up a big bag of locally roasted coffee & dropped them off at my local firehouse.

That nice gent is the nurse who was there administering flu shots to the firefighters.
