It also ONLY applies to things he does in his OFFICAL capacity which means it must be related to his JOB, NOT his personal life! It also doesn't give him immunity from International law!

The next administration should simply strike this ruling without fanfare, since it is very obviously totally illegal and therefore null and void.

And this in my opinion is the difference between garden variety Democrats and more progressive ones. Get the damn ball rolling when you get the House back and stop all this "I'm an institutionalist" business.

If I understand it correctly, it also doesn’t provided immunity to the President if they are successfully impeached as well. Which is why impeaching him is critical.
