And there's one title above all else, the one game I'm waiting the most, that I haven't played, even though it's probably in a good state right now, as I want to experience it in finished state from start to finish: Gloomwood.

I've been burned up by so many early access titles in the past, that I've been mainly avoiding them, but in the past year I've played 4 excellent ones: Stoneshard, Quasimorph, No Rest for the Wicked & Witchfire. They definitely deserve your time.

Steam Replay time! I have to say mapless Valheim was amazing. Especially experiencing Mistlands for the first time ever without a map was something else. This year saw a return of asynchronous multiplayer games as we played Dominions 6 and Solium Infernum a lot. Great for people with hectic lifes.

It's interesting to see Einstürzende Neubauten rise to the list of my most listened artists according to Spotify Wrapped in 2025. All those hours spent in the hospital gave me time to reacquaint myself with some old favourites.
