Why the hell would any streaming service think its acceptable to not include a resolution quality setting on their apps? I dont care if my internet is slow for 6 seconds id rather it pause for a second than look like total garbage for a while minute. All theyre doing is making their shows look bad.

My university having me take a Scientific Computing exam at 8am the very first day of finals week is a real dick move.

Can anyone explain how this actually helps bring costs to consumers down? It seems like this only protects developers from legal repercussions for defects resulting from rushing construction. It sounds to me like this would actually take power away from homeowners to advocate for fair treatment.
