160 x 3 reps. Coming back from injuries is always hard. This was right before I tore an oblique. It was a small tear but a tear nonetheless. I’ve had to back off a bit so I’m starting back over at 140 and jumping up 2.5kg a week and hopefully the obliques will cooperate. @benchpress.
