I got lightly shaded sunglasses to reduce glare because the clear "anti-glare" glasses are crap ... but the sunglasses are too dark. Now I see why our parents were weird about going out at night.
Driving at night is super fun after 40.

This has been muddled for decades. My maternal grandmother – who despite me being just 42, was born in 1910 (also, my grandfather was born in 1893) – said years ago that we had family in Pughsville who "went to bed in Norfolk [Chesapeake] and woke up in Nansemond [Suffolk]."

“The statement that was made by the North Carolina GOP spokesperson is not the kind of statement that should be made in a democracy,” Brendan Nyhan, a political scientist at Dartmouth College, said.
A spokesman for the North Carolina Republican Party appeared to threaten ProPublica, urging President Trump to “feed” the news outlet to the “USAID wood chipper,” over a story it published on a prominent conservative state Supreme Court judge.
