This claim of him being a "top MS-13 member" would be hilarious if it wasn't so sinister. Last night they literally released the tainted gang worksheet from 2019 (filled out by the disgraced cop), and it claimed the CI said he was a "chequeo" rank; one rank up from probationary member.
