Not sure it’s grounded in the wide world of evidence we have available to us. Seems like a a pretty biomechanical explanation for why someone has back pain, which we know isn’t always (or rarely) the case!

Interesting mate. While I agree and think the physical ‘improvement’ is a great byproduct, focusing on the social, sensory and emotional influence of exercise is an important conversation to have.
