With the recent influx of new followers I thought I'd re-introduce myself, I'm ExplosiveFlorist. I convert and kitbash a lot and might well be incapable of assembling a mini normally.

Made a bit more progress on the Dark Angels Contemptor Dreadnought, adding a flamer to the arm as well as an Oath of Moment scroll wrapped around the handle of the blade.

My mini for the Grimdark Card Challenge, now largely finished sans some final touch-ups I may want to make after priming. The art that inspired this conversion. A close-up showing the tendrils, Amulet and, a bit more difficult to make out due to the black basecoat on it, the censer. The side and back of the mini showing some of my own interpretations on this concept namely the tendrils hair (inspired by the tendrils poking out from behind the guy in the art) and the smog/incense rising up from the base.

Now the video is out I can post the Rainbow Warrior art I did for use in it (and for the thumbnail). Wanted to do something that both fit in with the modern vibe of 40k, but was also harking back to the Rogue Trader days.

Which I of course interpreted to mean 'beakie primaris'.

An experiment making a "Cobra Pattern" Tyrant Siege Terminator inspired by one of the old RT era prototype terminators. The base stl is by Skeaze on Cults3D and I added the missile launcher.

An experiment combining a sculpt by Skeaze on Cults3D with part of a cyclone missile launcher to create a "Cobra Pattern" Tyrant Siege Terminator based on one of the old Rogue Trader era prototype terminators. Not sure if I'll be swapping out the guns yet but I'm definitely adding a chainfist, just not sure if I'll include it in the stl or do it by hand after.

Made some more progress on the Dark Angels Dreadnought finishing the legs and his base.

The new shoulder blocks came out well sans a few imperfections, nothing some effort or paint won't fix/hide.

Since the Contemptor kit only has two and the resin Dark Angels Contemptor doesn't come with any I need to make some copies of the shoulder blocks using Oyumaru moulds and a GS/Milliput mix

Scout Eon, Rainbow Warriors Chapter

Eon, a Space Marine scout of the Rainbow Warriors chapter. The gun casing is painted based on the Progress Flag and his mohawk similarly follows a rainbow motif. A closeup showing the face as well as the rainbow Aquila usually hidden behind the gun. A closeup on the shoulder pad painted with a rainbow chevron with the Rainbow Warriors chapter symbol over top of it. A closeup on the knee guard and forearm greave painted in the colours representing asexuality/demisexuality and intersex respectively- the latter being a continuation of the progress flag on the gun casing.
