* reverse seared some steaks I cut from a strip loin, they were excellent with a bleu cheese sauce made with Rogue Creamery Smokey Blue
* Brussels, roast garlic mash, and rolls for the sides — should have let the sprouts go another 5-10 minutes, I reckon; otherwise things were all excellent!
