It's the closest thing to alchemy and magic we have that *anyone* can do. Like, I get that things like molecular chemistry and particle physics exist, but who's got access to the knowledge and equipment to practice those?

An overcooked slice of pecan pie. The soft parts were more crunchy than the crunchy parts.
