My beloved MISTER FROST! Sure, it's a French release and the label can't/won't ship to the US, but I'll still snag it eventually...

Don't like the term "copaganda" as it's as dumb as it is clever -- let me enjoy my cop stories! -- but I might be changing my tune now that the kid is watching and loving SHERIFF LABRADOR.

Today in "don't judge a book by its cover," Traitor Rob is quoting Mark Twain now. #thetraitors #hopehewins

Fascinated by this creative choice. Shooting a movie and its sequel, back to back, with the same plot..?

(Not joking, I will absolutely watch these.)

Desperately trying to find Scooter's jacket in adult human female size. (Preferably without "The Muppet Show" on the back...)

THE HOUSE WITH LAUGHING WINDOWS is wonderfully creepy and atmospheric even if it doesn't really qualify as a giallo in my eyes. Strong imagery, great locations, and it sets a grim, unsettling tone early on that carries through to the end. Again, not a giallo, but it's still a terrific horror film!

I used to be a voracious reader, but I lost that skill (and joy) over the years. Only read one book last year, so I set a modest goal of one per month in 2026.

Finished this just under the wire! STRANGE PICTURES is feels mundane and fractured at first but brings it all together in creepy fashion.

I love too many to pick just one, but here are a few of my all-time favorites.

Is the new ANACONDA good? No, not really, but it's better than has been suggested. Couple big laughs (the spider bite, the pig atop Black), the cast is likable, and it earns a nod for so much on-location filming. (Fuck you, JUNGLE CRUISE!)

You better believe I'm #NowWatching another slice of 90s dtv action.

Look, I just enjoy the simplicity of 90s action movies. Good guys, bad guys, fun characters, exciting action. MISSION OF JUSTICE has all of that, plus Jeff Wincott looks like Zach Braff just landed a role in the MCU.
