Up late trying to figure out how to increase brewhouse efficiency for my all in one. Why? because normal companies build their malt basket with stainless steel mesh (see pic 1) while the one I got uses solid stainless steel and whatever this weird design is (pic 2). Pray for my sanity.

I had originally intended to use the immersion chilling coil system, but the connection between the keezer and the coil hose was leaking, so the solution was to just put the fermenter inside the keezer and increase the temperature.
