The human body is so weird. Since August I’ve had blood tests, an MRI, several x-rays, an EKG, an ultrasound, and been referred to several specialists. Still no clear answers other than my body is attacking itself and it’s pissing off the structural issues in my neck as a side effect 😵💫

I likely have an underlying autoimmune/inflammatory condition that is causing swelling & joint problems. A ➕ ANA test & 📈 thyroid antibodies all suggest my immune system is having an unauthorized LARP 🤺This is on top of cervical stenosis with bone spurs and calcification of the tendons 😵💫

I don‘t know who needs to hear this but your support and solidarity should be with those below you in the hierarchy not above, and only with your peers if they also adhere to this principle. Historically, middle management is who keeps bad people in power.

Look I’m a full-tilt Disney adult, I also don’t claim they are a perfect company. However when it comes to the current situation, I suggest looking higher on the corporate ladder to the parent company. A literal handful of orgs own and control major media and they are uber conservative. Follow the 💰

After living in the same place for over 16 years, hubby and I are finally ready to move on to somewhere new. Looking for a house to rent so we can finally have a yard and get a dog! The supply around here is interesting, either older homes with funky floorplans or cookie-cutter vinyl boringness.

Dobson/Focus on the Family were a cornerstone of my religious upbringing. It was always on in the car and even the radio at home, plus the “bookstore” at church sold many of FotF’s materials. They literally wrote the books that guided the emotional abuse and oppression I suffered. 😠 Good riddance
