I disagree. MAGA did vote for this. Project 2025 is clear on what's it's agenda is and anyone who was paying attention knew that Trump would try to implement that agenda.

Trump voters may not have realized that's what they were for voting for, but the info was out there.

Furthermore: it’s much harder to building thing than destroy them, harder to fix than to break them. But the pace of building and fixing in our current system is slow and unsatisfying and all the political upside is in finding a story about who to blame for ppl’s experience of alienation and despair
