It's at best engagement bait to get desperate people who need help to repost, at worst it's meant to make viewers attach themselves to the poster in an unhealthy way. The people who feel something from that kind of message are likely traumatised or emotionally broken in some way. Everyone deserves better than this. People who post shit like that are completely and utterly out of touch with what people are going through or why they are where they are. They don't know what makes you special. They never had a beer with you, played a game with you, consumed anything you made. Your relationship with them is just a name behind a like and a repost notification. Fuck anyone who preys on people like this."
