I know the feeling - have you considered emailing them and asking if they can host your appointment on a zoom call? Thats what I tend to do when I can't make it, but I try to hold off on it when I can, because as awesome as my psych is his mic is HORRIBLE. Poor guy sounds like he's underwater lol.

I feel this on a spiritual level. We had a bad storm recently. Delivery driver put the package pretty much on the ground well outside of the awning, it was soaked to the point of destruction and I was asked to bring it in, was terrified I'd get blamed lol.
