Like sometimes those 2 intersect but from what I've seen its extremely rare and not something that comes naturally to most

And thats not a bad thing cus your vision is your own vision

There's different grades of the same alcohol made by the same company, doesn't mean the lower tiers aren't bought

I see it like 2 tiers that live together:

1 - More easily accessible to a wider audience, pays the bills

2 - More personal work, appreciated but less commercial
