The Skytrain here is yet another global example of a lack of schedule coordination: It's always going extremely slowly on the segment next to the waterfall, presumably so people can enjoy the view, despite the waterfall only being turned on between 10:00–22:00

Semi-fun fact: I once missed a connecting flight at Heathrow (the only flight I ever missed) because I arrived at security 34 mins before the STD of my flight, and was told everyone without exception needs to enter security at least 35 min before STD (there was no line whatsoever)
Noah Smith is paid in the high six-figures to write a blog read by Americans who believe themselves to be intelligent. Yet, he is both unable to read a sign and also for some reason chose to have a 90 minute layover for a flight that takes 90 minutes.

(The trip was too long so I got charged the 'maximum fare for incomplete journeys', however at least I managed to get that refunded by filing a claim 🤡)

The reason I got there so late was because I wanted to figure out if the free terminal transfer by tube or train can be abused by going from one terminal all the way to the city and then right back to another terminal 🤡

oh I strongly agree with the last part, though I feel like doors, floor height changes or other window row interruptions should also break any black window stripes, not just for accessibility (in case of doors) but also aesthetic reasons

what do you think of the pride ICE? a hill I will die on is that instead of the rainbow flag lining the lining shouldve been a continuous rainbow color gradient
