ID controls are back, says #Smarmer. Ostensibly this is to keep track of 'migrants' which if so would be the xenophobic tail wagging the reactionary dog. However, it's really the Security State trying to make hay while the sun shines. The only reason for ID is to surveil and control the population.

What shocked me about the recent US assassination of a nazi propagandist - sorry, 'far right influencer' - wasn't the killing, as that's a regular occurrence in the 'land of the free' [TM], but that he's been dobbed in to the Security State by his father. Truly Orwellian.

I'm honestly sick and scared of hearing the word "israel" on the radio, accompanied by indiscriminate destructive violence and killing. I seriously fear that Israel and the US are creating a regional war to leave only ashes and millions of dead.
