I'm honestly extremely ashamed of my hypnokink. I feel so wrong for not being vanilla, like something is wrong with me. I'm honestly too scared to actually interact with the community in case anyone in my real life finds out, or just because I feel so dirty, so I just listen to files once in a while. It also sucks because I sometimes feel like hypnosis doesn't work on me enough. I get off on it, but I never feel compelled to obey commands. I guess that's good because I don't want long term conditioning and I need a clear head for college, but it makes me feel like a fraud somehow. I just feel ashamed and it's kind of killing me. I just want to be normal. It's nothing to be ashamed about , and I can relate to the feeling. I was quite similar for a while but after engaging with it more I was able to sort of embrace in a way . The whole science behind Hypnosis is about perception , you'll only get out of it what you put in , and it can be tough to follow sometimes. That's all OK! Sure hypnokink isn't exactly "conventional ," but it's also a lot more common and varied than you might think ! If you're worried about long term effects there's plenty fun temporary files you can try out there , just look around a little.

Vr is a great medium for hypnosis. Not in the pur on the headset and have spirals in it but more so a session between 2 or more people type of way. It's an inbetween, a compromise for as physical of an interaction as you can get and it can work wonders. Not to mention if you play Resonite or VRChat there are a lot of hypnosis tools at the ready for you. For VRchat users specifically, a lot of the hypnosis tools don't work for quest users, but the newly added pride wand you can spawn in leaves a rainbow trail behind it, so you can use it for spiral and to generally drive focus. I've even had success with desktop users, both tracing and being tranced. So if you want to find a way to try to spice things up, give VRchat or whatever social hub VR game you like a try.

3.5 weeks without trance because of meds that make it impossible. I stopped taking them two days ago and need to wait two more for the meds to clear my blood to see if I don't need them anymore. Meanwhile the hypnotist consortium 😜 I follow have been busy making some great files that are good motivation. I hope I still remember how to drop. Like riding a bike?
