Einer Mama sagte mir, dass es dick macht, wenn man die Reste (der Kinder) isst.
Der Trick ist nur die Reste zu essen und selbst nichts zu bestellen.
Ich hasse es einfach zu sehr, Essen wegzuschmeißen.
Und wenn keine Reste da sind: Mann kommt auch prima 24h ohne Essen zurecht.
