I have an LED therapy lamp, which might be different, but I find it works great when I remember to use it. I live in the PNW where the sun is a distant memory at the best of times and the light really helps.

I mean, prison sucks and people kill themselves there all the time. Plenty of people were glad to see him gone but he was one of them, and his access to the target was unrivaled.
