We call this the “Brujah approach”
Now my PERSONAL preference, if I'm making a character to MY personal preferences (like in solo games such as Bloodlines or Choice of Games, etc)
I tend to then go with 'I fucking hate all these systems and am either going to try to fuck them up or just survive w/in them'

The thing that really infuriates me is that this is no-lose for conservatives. Either a bunch of people starve -- which means they deserved to -- or they don't -- which means the private sector is perfectly capable of handling public welfare and the government doesn't need to.
