It refuses to meet legal representatives while Palestine hunger strikers are left to die in UK prisons.

Now Steve Reed is threatening local councils for daring to boycott the genocidal apartheid state of Israel.

This is a government that denies genocide, bans a non-violent direct action group for the first time in British history to protect arms dealers’ profits, and now moves to scrap jury trials after Elbit Systems — Israel’s largest arms manufacturer — complained about juries acquitting Palestine Action.

I understand this point but also think the invasion is bad. The US is the reason for dictatorships elsewhere. Your point on knowing one's limits are fair and true, and not doing others' thinking for them, but Trump just wants the oil.

Feel like I physically can't engage in my usual routine. ^^So just writing my reflections and trying to ground them in social science but not too much (it's Substack).

Instead the minute any miscommunication happens, these racist people essentialise it based on "culture"🤭not saying all white brits are like this, or arabs can't be racist. I'm saying that the dynamic feels racialised. We speak about dynamics with undiagnosed asd girls- let's also talk about race.

Taken me ages to realise because in the UK they have racial essentialism (📏💀 essentialising different races based on their supposed biology and impact on character etc). Except it's a bit dated to say "you're a lazy arab bc the desert heat impacts your biology preventing you becoming civilised".

and this one time a mere week with an uprooted routine made me cry so hard that my eyes were so puffy that I physically looked different and my family noticed

Trying to think of the wholesome, kind people I've met with autism rather than the fact that it is stigmatised as linked to psychopathy (even though these sorts are great at reading nonverbal vulnerability... but I don't know much about psychology so what would I know).

Better late than never. Still pursuing a diagnosis because with the UK and the state of the NHS, unless you're about to harm yourself or others, there aren't resources to allocate to detecting this kind of thing.
