1) update tv os 2) delete said apps 3) turn tv off, unplug if possible, let it sit for two minutes 4) turn on, confirm WiFi/Ethernet is connected and data is working. 5) reinstall apps.

Facsimile is actually excellent. Secure and impermanent. Bonus, you can hand write things which can convey things digital text cannot. I’m a fan and not just for medical stuff, however, very few have one.
