Shūhei Hisagi's Zanpakutō Kazeshini
Shūhei Hisagi, from the anime Bleach, is floating over a town while holding his Zanpakutō Kazeshini, which looks like two kusarigama-like weapons, each with two scythe blades, with one inverted, giving it the resemblance of a pinwheel.
